Returns and complaints policy

The most important information at a glance

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving your package to return or exchange the product.
  • The product must be in pristine condition – without any signs of use (e.g. odors, makeup, creases) and with all tags intact.
  • We will process your refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable (does not apply to complaints).

Return – step by step

  1. Go to the Returns Center at: zwroty.cloudwear.pl
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Send the parcel.

Replacement – step by step

  1. Go to the Returns Center at: zwroty.cloudwear.pl
  2. Fill out the form and select "Exchange" in the return details under the "Solution method" tab.
  3. Send the parcel.

Complaint – step by step

  1. Go to the Returns Center at: zwroty.cloudwear.pl
  2. Select "I am filing a complaint".
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Send the parcel.
