Returns and complaints policy

Key information at a glance

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving the package to return or exchange a product.
  • The product must be in pristine condition – with no signs of use (e.g., odors, makeup, creases) and with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable (does not apply to complaints).

Tip: We encourage you to reuse our packaging – it was designed for convenient return shipping. It's a simple step towards caring for the environment.

  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Ship the package.

Exchanges

For logistical reasons, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please return your current order and place a new order in our store.

    Complaints – step by step

    2. Select "I am filing a complaint".
    3. Fill out the form.
    4. Ship the package.
