Returns and complaints policy
Key information at a glance
- You have 14 calendar days from receiving the package to return or exchange a product.
- The product must be in pristine condition – with no signs of use (e.g., odors, makeup, creases) and with all tags attached.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (does not apply to complaints).
Tip: We encourage you to reuse our packaging – it was designed for convenient return shipping. It's a simple step towards caring for the environment.

- Ship the package.
Exchanges
For logistical reasons, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please return your current order and place a new order in our store.
Complaints – step by step

- Select "I am filing a complaint".
- Fill out the form.
- Ship the package.
