The most important information at a glance
- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your package to return or exchange the product.
- The product must be in pristine condition – without any signs of use (e.g. odors, makeup, creases) and with all tags intact.
- We will process your refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (does not apply to complaints).

- Fill out the form.
- Send the parcel.
Replacement – step by step
- Go to the Returns Center at: zwroty.cloudwear.pl
- Fill out the form and select "Exchange" in the return details under the "Solution method" tab.
- Send the parcel.
Complaint – step by step
- Go to the Returns Center at: zwroty.cloudwear.pl
- Select "I am filing a complaint".
- Fill out the form.
- Send the parcel.
