Where do you sew your clothes?
Our products are entirely manufactured in Poland - from the design stage, through construction and sewing, to packaging.
How to choose the right size?
For every product on our website you will find a size chart to help you make the right choice. However, if you need more help, please message us on Facebook, Instagram or send us a message at our email address. We are here to help! :)
Are products available in sizes other than those listed on the website?
No, only the sizes listed on our website are available. We strive to offer a wide range of sizes to best meet the needs of our customers.
Can I order products in non-standard sizes or on special request?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the possibility of ordering products in non-standard dimensions or special orders. All our products are sewn according to our standard size set, which you can find on the website. However, we are constantly trying to expand our offer to meet the different needs of our customers. We encourage you to follow the news and updates on our website.
Payments
What payment methods are available?
We offer various forms of electronic payments:
- Payment card
- Fast transfer from selected Polish banks
- Blik
- Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- Additionally, we offer the option of deferred payment via PayPo.
Can I pay on delivery?
We currently do not offer the option of cash on delivery. This decision is due to the large number of uncollected parcels by customers. At the moment we do not have this option, but we encourage you to use other available payment methods.
Is PayPo payment method available?
Yes, we provide the option to pay with PayPo. To use this option, go to checkout, select the payment method "Tpay", click pay now and then select the category "Deferred payments" and PayPo.
Orders
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order and information about the status of your order :)
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed. To do this, write us an email at info@cloudwear.pl . In the message, provide the order number you want to cancel and your name and surname.
Deliveries
What delivery methods are available?
We have 3 convenient forms of delivery within the country:
1) InPost parcel lockers
2) InPost courier
3) Pick-up at an InPost point
What is the shipping price?
The shipping cost is displayed after you go to checkout under "Shipping Method" and in your order summary.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Shipping time depends on product availability. If a product is listed as available to ship within 24 hours, the order will be processed immediately and shipped within one business day.
For other products that we sew to order, the lead time is from one to fourteen working days. However, it often happens that these orders are fulfilled faster because it may turn out that we have the dress in stock, for example after a return from another customer. Due to such situations, the waiting time may vary - sometimes the dress is ready immediately, other times after a few days, and sometimes it takes a full fourteen days to fulfill the order. That is why we give a time range of one to fourteen working days.
Why can order processing time take up to 14 business days?
Our products are often offered on pre-order, which means they are not always available immediately. When a customer places an order, we sew some products especially to order. For this reason, the lead time may be extended to fourteen working days to ensure that each product is made with the care and attention to detail required.
How long does delivery take after my order ships?
Domestic delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
Returns and exchanges
What is the returns policy?

Can I return a purchased product?
Yes, we offer the possibility of returning purchased products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging and receipt.
How can I return a product?
Yes, we offer the possibility of returning purchased products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging and the original receipt attached. To make a return, please fill out the return form available on our website in the Exchanges & Returns & Complaints tab and attach it to the shipment together with the original receipt. Then send the product back using our partner "Quick Returns". Detailed information on the returns procedure can be found in the Exchanges & Returns & Complaints tab at the bottom of the page.
Using express returns allows us to easily track your parcel and ensures your shipment is more secure than if you were to ship it yourself.
Do I have to pay for the return?
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. We recommend using the service of our partner in the Exchange & Returns & Complaints tab
Can I exchange the product for another one?
In case of an exchange, complete the exchange form ( Return form ) , then print it and include it with the shipment.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and verifying the returned product. The funds will be returned to the same account from which payment was made.
