PROCESSING ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR SALE

All orders for products available in our offer are processed according to the lead time specified in each product description. The lead time is calculated from the moment payment for the order is received.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with the shipping note number.

PRE-ORDER ORDERS

Some of our products are available in the PRE-ORDER system, which means that the product is not available immediately and will be manufactured in quantities consistent with customer orders.
The processing time for such orders is typically up to 16 business days. Information about the approximate processing time is included in each product description.
A PRE ORDER order is processed only after payment has been received. If the order includes multiple products, including those from PRE ORDER, shipping will occur once the entire order is complete.

We strive to ensure that PRE ORDER orders are processed faster than the estimated time.
