PROCESSING ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR SALE

All orders for products available in our offer are fulfilled in accordance with the lead time given in the description of each product. The lead time is counted from the moment the payment for the order is posted.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with the consignment number.

PRE ORDER ORDERS

Some of our products are available in the PRE ORDER system, which means that the product is not available "off the shelf" and will be manufactured in quantities consistent with customer orders.

The processing time for such orders is usually up to 16 business days. Information about the approximate processing time can be found in the description of each product.

The PRE ORDER order is processed only after payment has been posted. If the order includes several products, including those from PRE ORDER, the shipment takes place after the entire order is completed.
