ORDER FULFILLMENT FOR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR SALE

All orders for products available in our offer are fulfilled according to the lead time specified in the description of each product. The lead time is counted from the moment the payment for the order is credited. After the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with the consignment note number.

PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT

Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis, which means that the product is not available "off the shelf" and will be manufactured in quantities corresponding to customer orders. The lead time for such orders is usually up to 20 business days. Information about the approximate lead time or shipping time can be found in the description of each product.
Pre-orders are fulfilled only after payment has been credited. If an order includes several products, including pre-order items, shipping occurs after the entire order has been assembled.
