How pre-sale and deferred payment work.

What is pre-sale?

Some of our products are available for pre-order. This means that a given model is not yet available immediately and is produced based on the number of orders placed by customers.
CloudWear is a Polish brand that designs and sews its products locally in Poland. Each dress is created in our workshop and goes through several stages of production – from material preparation, through cutting, sewing, to finishing and quality control.
For this reason, we first release some models for pre-order. This allows us to adjust production volume to actual demand, avoiding overproduction and unnecessary waste of materials.
This approach is consistent with the idea of ​​slow fashion - we create exactly as many products as are actually needed.
Therefore, products from this collection may have a longer delivery time, which is always indicated for a specific product.

How does deferred payment work?

For pre-order products, we use deferred payment.
This means that when you place an order, we don't immediately debit your account. When you place your order, you simply provide your payment card details to reserve the product.
Funds will only be collected a few days before your order ships, when processing begins.
This means your money isn't tied up while you wait for production.

Important information regarding payments.

Pre-order payment is a one-time payment.
This is not a subscription or recurring payment.
Once funds have been collected before your order ships, no further charges will be made to your card.
You don't have to cancel anything or take any additional actions - payment is made only once, when the order is completed.

What happens if there are no funds in the account?

If there are insufficient funds in your account when you attempt to collect a payment, you will receive an email notifying you of a failed payment. You will have 3 business days to replenish your account and allow the payment to be collected again.
If payment is still not possible after this time, the order will be automatically canceled and no funds will be debited from your account.

Why do we use pre-sale?

Pre-sale allows us to act in a more responsible and conscious way.
We produce exactly the number of dresses ordered, which helps us reduce overproduction and unnecessary material consumption.
At the same time, we can maintain local production in Poland, high quality workmanship and attention to every detail.
This is a process that takes a little more time than mass production, but it results in a product created with greater attention to quality and the environment.
