Chest
• Measure the circumference under the armpits, at the widest point of the chest.
Waist
• Measure the circumference at your waist, i.e. between the highest point of your hip bone and the lowest rib.
Hips
• Measure the circumference of your hips at the widest point at the height of your buttocks.
